| Storage | Supplied as a lyophilized powder; stable for short ambient-temperature transit. Store long-term at -20°C, protected from light and moisture. After reconstitution, keep at 2–8°C for short-term use or aliquot and store at -20°C to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. The two cysteine residues make the peptide oxidation-sensitive — minimize air exposure of solutions. |

Overview
PTD-DBM is a cell-penetrating peptide built from an octa-arginine protein transduction domain (PTD), a tetraglycine linker, and a Dishevelled-binding motif (DBM). In research models it competes with the endogenous protein CXXC5 for the Dvl PDZ domain, relieving CXXC5's negative-feedback inhibition of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway and increasing β-catenin activity.

FAQ
Each batch ships as a lyophilized powder with a Certificate of Analysis reporting HPLC purity (typically ≥99%) and identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. COA, and where required TDS/SDS, water-content and residual-solvent data, are provided on request to support RFQ and regulatory files.
PTD-DBM is stocked in 1mg vials with a minimum order quantity of 50 kits (500 vials). Larger research quantities and bulk or gram-scale custom synthesis are quoted on RFQ.
Yes. We offer custom fill weights, unbranded or client-branded vials and labeling, and lyophilization to spec for private-label and contract-manufacturing programs. Documentation packages can be tailored to destination-market requirements.
PTD-DBM is a 25-residue synthetic peptide (CAS 1609454-11-6), molecular formula C124H225N61O28S2, average mass ≈ 3082.6 g/mol, sequence RRRRRRRRGGGGRKTGHQICKFRKC (octa-arginine PTD + GGGG linker + Dishevelled-binding motif). It is typically supplied as the acetate or TFA salt; salt form and counter-ion can be specified on request.
No. PTD-DBM is offered strictly as a research-use-only / for-laboratory-research material. It is not a drug, cosmetic, or dietary product and is not approved by the FDA or other regulators for consumer or veterinary use.
