| CAS number | 2460055-10-9 |
| Molecular formula | C228H388N86O64 |
| Molecular weight | 5358.06 g/mol (free base) — CONFIRMED. Do NOT use the claimed acetate value of 5366.8 g/mol; it is chemically impossible (adding acetate to the 5358 free base cannot yield 5366.8). Authoritative acetate salt MW is ≈6019 g/mol (MedChemExpress HY-P4157A; ~11 acetate counterions, consistent with 14 basic residues). Since acetate counterion count is not standardized across vendors, list free base 5358.06 g/mol as the primary spec and show acetate 'on request'. |

Overview
FOXO4-DRI is a cell-penetrating D-retro-inverso peptide (all D-amino acids in reverse sequence) that acts as an antagonist of the FOXO4–p53 protein-protein interaction. In cellular research it is characterized as a senolytic tool compound: by competitively displacing p53 from FOXO4, it is studied for its ability to induce p53-dependent apoptosis in senescent cells while sparing proliferating cells. The D-retro-inverso design confers resistance to proteolytic degradation relative to the native L-peptide.

FAQ
It is supplied as a sterile-filtered, lyophilized white-to-off-white powder in 10mg vials. Custom fill weights and bulk quantities are available on request for OEM and private-label programs.
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis showing RP-HPLC purity (typically ≥99%) and identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. Supplementary data such as water content, residual solvents, and acetate content can be provided on request.
MOQ is 50 kits (500 vials) at the 10mg size. Larger private-label and bulk quantities are quoted per RFQ with volume-based pricing and lead times confirmed at order.
Yes. As a China-based OEM/private-label manufacturer we offer custom labeling, vial and box configurations, kitting with reconstitution ancillaries, and tailored documentation packages for downstream research distributors.
No. FOXO4-DRI is supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only — not for consumer or veterinary use, nor for diagnostic or therapeutic application. Buyers are responsible for compliance with import and research-use regulations in their jurisdiction.
