Overview
CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1-29) or tetrasubstituted GRF (1-29), is a synthetic growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. It carries four amino-acid substitutions (positions 2, 8, 15 and 27) that increase enzymatic stability relative to native GRF (1-29); unlike the DAC variant it has no albumin-binding Drug Affinity Complex, giving it a lower molecular weight and a shorter circulating half-life. Supplied strictly as a research-use reference material.

FAQ
The no-DAC form is Modified GRF (1-29) — the same tetrasubstituted GHRH sequence but without the albumin-binding Drug Affinity Complex, so it has a lower molecular weight (approx. 3367.9 g/mol vs approx. 3647 g/mol for the DAC form) and a shorter circulating half-life. Buyers specify which variant their protocol requires; we supply both as separate SKUs and can quote them on one invoice.
Every lot ships with a COA plus a reverse-phase HPLC purity chromatogram and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation against the Mod GRF (1-29) reference profile, with lot-code traceability. The current-batch COA can be shared for review before payment.
Standard formats are 2 mg, 5 mg and 10 mg lyophilized vials. MOQ is 1 kit (10 vials) for sample lots, with tiered pricing on 200+ vial production runs and scheduled OEM repeats above 1,000 vials. Custom fills, labeling and private-label packaging are available as services.
In research protocols it is frequently paired with a GHRP such as ipamorelin or GHRP-2 for complementary GHRH + GHRP coverage. We supply each as separate lyophilized vials and can quote them together. It is also commonly compared with the DAC variant and with sermorelin.
Production lots target ≥99% HPLC purity; the actual lot result is shown in the batch-linked COA and HPLC chromatogram, with MS identity record included. Material is supplied strictly for laboratory research and manufacturing use, not for consumer, therapeutic or diagnostic use; buyer qualification and destination country are confirmed before invoicing.
